Most of my followers know that there is a period of over 400 years between the writings of the Old and New Testament. In reality, it may span almost 500 years. I also bet you don’t have a good grasp of the 500-year period from the Conquest of Canaan to the coronation of King Saul, the first king of Israel. There are many familiar names that figure into the story. But it might be the least understood period in the Bible.
